SUMMARY

Clip parts of a sequence, saved to the bin as zones, appear fine when saved,
but when the project is closed and re-opened they are no longer there. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a sequence from two clips
2. Use the razor tool to create one or more segments
3. Right click a segment and chose "Save Clip Part to Bin"
4. Save the project
5. Close Kdenlive
6. Re-open and load the project. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Previously saved clip parts are not longer in the project bin

EXPECTED RESULT

Saved clip parts should appear as zones in a tree under the sequence they were
clipped from
