SUMMARY
The country of Montenegro (MNE) is not available in the Metadata template
editor.
Also SCG for Serbia seems outdated, the new code should be SRB

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Metadata template editor
2. Select the "Location tab"
3. Open the "Country combo"
OBSERVED RESULT
Montenegro cannot be found.
EXPECTED RESULT
MNE - Montenegro should be available
SRB should be used for Serbia.
