SUMMARY
Paired bluetooth devices are listed as "Available" when their bluetooth adapter
is disabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair a bluetooth device
2. Bluetooth -> Configure -> toggle off the `Enabled` switch for that adapter
3. Return to the list of paired bluetooth devices
OBSERVED RESULT
Devices paired to the disabled adapter are listed under the "Available"
heading, when they are definitely not available.
EXPECTED RESULT
Devices paired to a disabled adapter should be listed separately, and ideally
marked explicitly in some way as being paired but unavailable because their
adapter is disabled.
