group transform showing onion skins being moved

SUMMARY
An onion skin enabled on a child layer of a group will get moved in the preview
of a transform applied to the group.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a group.
2. Add a layer to the group.
3. Create several frames in the layer with drawings in them.
4. Turn on onion skins for that layer.
5. Select the parent group.
6. Select any selection tool and select an area that contains drawn pixels in
the current frame as well as pixels in the onion skin (you can just select the
whole canvas).
7. Select the transform tool.
8. Move/rotate the selection around.

OBSERVED RESULT
The onion skins of other frames appear to move with the transform preview.
After the transform is applied, the onion skin composite returns to it's
original state.

EXPECTED RESULT
The onion skin composite remains in its original state, unaffected by the
transform preview.
