STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Accidentally right-click above the upmost widget, instead of on the widget.
OBSERVED RESULT
The widgets gets covered by the context menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu should appear right next to the vertical panel, instead of on
top of it.
That will allow the user to click on the would-be-covered widget after opening
a context menu.
