SUMMARY
When attempting to add account on custom server, there is no response when
clicking on the server name after typing it in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click add account
2. click login
3. type jorts.horse
4. click on "jorts.horse custom server"
5. ... no response from ui
OBSERVED RESULT
The following message appears in the error log.

https://jorts.horse/api/v1/apps - server replied:
EXPECTED RESULT
continue with login process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"https://jorts.horse/api/v1/apps"; returns 404 when i navigate there through my
browser so i'm guessing the reason it's actually not working is the server is
running an old version or something. However, it is infuriating that no
information is provided to the user without having to navigate to the error log
and that the error doesn't indicate a 404 from the server.
