I dont see a clear usecase. Case 1: A project is being refactored. Multiple tabs need to be moved. Currently only one at a time may be. Case 2 A bug has been found, squashed, and tested. All files opened during the debugging process should be closed. Currently the only way to do is individually. Selecting multiple would permit them to close together. Case 3: A merge has been reviewed and merged. A diff window is open for each file merged.
