The default pointer in the Breeze Light theme on a dark background, as observed
on the output under the effect of this bug.
SUMMARY
The mouse cursor, no matter the applied cursor theme or cursor state, always
appears as a jumbled mess of pixels, at least on my hardware. And this
phenomenon is not apparent in screenshots or recordings.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor texture appears all jumbled up and wrong, almost unusable.
EXPECTED RESULT
Previous behavior of not being all spread apart and illegible.
