STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Users KCM
2. click on the current avatar and choose another one
3. apply the change - notice that the avatar was updated in Kickoff and lock
screen, as expected
4. log out or reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
the avatar was not updated in the SDDM login manager; SDDM is still showing the
avatar used before the provided steps instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
the avatar is updated in SDDM login manager after the provided steps
