I thought that KCM options were more limited on Wayland, but it's not the case anymore. Setting these is possible on both X11 and Wayland, and speed & acceleration feel similar across sessions: * Pointer speed: 0.20 * Pointer acceleration: Enabled (checkbox ticked). The only inconvenience remaining is that I had to tune KCM after switching from X11 to Wayland. Seems like the above settings (speed + acceleration) are stored separately for X11 and Wayland.
