Here's an example of your possible renaming string:

IMG_[meta:Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal]{dateformat:yyyyMMdd_hhmmss_zzz}

or:

IMG_[file]{dateformat:yyyyMMdd_hhmmss_zzz}
