SUMMARY
When cutting and then pasting a file for the first time (in order to move the
file elsewhere), I'm receiving "could not rename file" error on the first paste
attempt, even though there are adequate permissions to move the file
pasting again straight away performs the action normally
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select a file
2. ctrl + x to cut
3. browse to a different folder
4. ctrl + v to paste (move) the file
OBSERVED RESULT
an error is shown "could not rename file"
EXPECTED RESULT
file is moved without error on the first attempt
