Go to systemsettings > wifi & internet
select the neigbors wifi (for example)
delete it (using red cross icon)
After this, the two-panel layout is reduced to just one panel,
i need to go back to e.g. proxy and then on wifi&networking again to show the
details panel
Moreover, the current selection (after dismissing the password dialog of the
wifi) jumps - unexpectedly - back to the first entry, instead of keeping focus
on the operated entry
