The mouse cursor appears permanently deformed when using KDE Plasma on Wayland.
It does not match the selected cursor theme and always looks distorted. The
issue only occurs on Wayland sessions — the cursor displays correctly when
using Xorg. Changing the cursor theme or restarting Plasma does not fix the
problem.
