Despite the needle being in the "daytime" zone, the Night Light feature is
active and the screen is tinted
SUMMARY
The KDE Night Light feature is constantly on after a recent update. This
behavior was not present before updating, but I do not know which version I had
before the update. The behavior is only present when using the "sunrise and
sunset" feature with custom times set. I checked multiple times to verify that
the times were set correctly, which they are. Despite being in the "daytime"
zone, the Night Light feature is active. This issue is NOT present when the
Night Light schedule is set to location-based, either using the automatic
location feature or by manually setting latitude/longitude. I am unsure if this
is related to this issue, but the brightness slider also no longer works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Night Light
2. Set "Switching Times" to "Sunrise and Sunset"
3. Set a custom sunrise and sunset time.
OBSERVED RESULT
Night Light is always on
EXPECTED RESULT
Night Light will automatically turn on at the Sunset time and turn off at the
Sunrise time
