SUMMARY
Notifications seemingly ignore the timer chosen in the settings and instead
time out in about 4 seconds. This happens whatever value is set.
This does not seem to be tied to bug 419421 as the screen refresh rate is 60 Hz
(59.93 Hz according to the "Display Configuration" KCM).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the notification timer in the settings to e.g. 10 seconds
2. Get a notification
OBSERVED RESULT
The timer setting is ignored and the notification expires in about 4 seconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
The timer settings are honoured.
