SUMMARY
When typing a message at compact window sizes, the floating toolbar of text
style buttons appears right on top of the text, which makes it impossible to
read what is being entered. This makes editing and composition needlessly
difficult.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set NeoChat's window to a compact size, e.g. 380x520.
2. Start typing a message at least a couple dozen words long.
OBSERVED RESULT
The text style toolbar appears on top of the input box, obscuring the text from
the user.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text style toolbar should avoid covering the text that is being edited.
