STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a custom command or script in shortcuts like:
   kdialog --error "test 1"
2. Add a shortcut key
3. Change the command to:
   kdialog --error "test 2"
4. The shortcut in the GUI gets lost and the old command is stil fired.

OBSERVED RESULT
Old command fired. After a quick logout and login it works as expected again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Applies the new script immediately
