            Bug ID: 511640
           Summary: Plasma 6.5 and 6.5.1 Crashes After A Bit of Time
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.5.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: generic-crash
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

After updating to Plasma 6.5 (and later 6.5.1), my desktop crashes after some
time. Looking at the logs, this appears to be what is outputted by
`plasmashell` when crashing:

```
Nov 04 12:55:04 arch plasmashell[1947]: Connection to Wayland server timed out.
Nov 04 12:55:05 arch plasmashell[1947]: QObject::connect(QObject,
ConfigMonitor::Private): invalid nullptr parameter
Nov 04 12:55:08 arch plasmashell[1947]: QQmlVMEMetaObject: Internal error -
attempted to evaluate a function in an invalid context
```

The most I can deduce as a pattern is a lot of times, it occurs when my laptop
attempts to reconnect to WiFi after waking from suspend, but beyond that, it
appears to just randomly crash after some time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open laptop and log in
2. Use laptop for a bit
3. Find Plasma crashes

OBSERVED RESULT

Plasma crashes

EXPECTED RESULT

Plasma not crashing
