When I hover over a symbol in most languages a popup appears (for example
showing the type of a variable). This used to work for typescript, but now with
Kate 25.08.2 and typescript-language-server 5.1.0 it doesn't. The language
server is running and other features (including errors that appear in popups
when hovered) work fine for typescript, but the info popups don't.
