Good find. Ouch, the age of that bug.

Unfortunately, that would be unmanageable. There are dozens of projects that
either KDE uses (like apps and back end software) or use KDE (like distros).
There is no value to KDE to track bugs in projects that aren't managed by us,
when there isn't anything for us to do about them. It's up to individual users
to track the bugs that affect them. We have plenty of open bugs against the
things we do have ownership of. Thanks for your understanding.
