Unfortunately, that would be unmanageable. There are dozens of projects that either KDE uses (like apps and back end software) or use KDE (like distros). There is no value to KDE to track bugs in projects that aren't managed by us, when there isn't anything for us to do about them. It's up to individual users to track the bugs that affect them.
