SUMMARY
Stabilized video does not get cropped by Edge Crop effect
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add video and stabilize. Add stabilized video to timeline.
2. Apply Edge Crop and adjust the cropping
3. Observe that no cropping occurs
OBSERVED RESULT
Video remains uncropped
EXPECTED RESULT
Video is cropped in the preview panel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Severity is minor, as the stabilized clip can be rendered out and added back to
the project. That clip can then be cropped.
Had a quick look to see if this is expected behavior, wasn't able to find any
indication one way or another.
