empty font list
Windows 11, krita-x64-5.3.0-prealpha-69207b2c portable.
Using the new text tool.
Issue:
The font family list is empty. None of the fonts installed within Windows show
up.
Observed behaviour:
font list is empty
Expected:
font list is populated with installed fonts
