My PC keeps freezing randomly, even when I’m not running heavy programs.
Sometimes the mouse and keyboard stop responding, and I have to restart to get
it working again. I’ve already tried updating Windows and cleaning the fans,
but the issue keeps happening. It doesn’t show any blue screen or error
message. Can you please help me figure out whether this might be a hardware or
driver problem?
