SUMMARY
Tooltips for the various buttons and application icons in the Application
Launcher applet appear to be noticeably offset to the upper/bottom left from
where one would expect them to be.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application launcher
2. Hover over the "Keep open" icon, for example
3. Observe tooltip position
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip appears greatly shifted to the left and to the bottom
EXPECTED RESULT
Within close proximity to the icon being hovered or the mouse cursor, and
horizontally centered where possible.
