SUMMARY
So I install a new app. RPM or Flatpak it doesn't matter, it gets a "New!"
label on the Application Launcher. It should disappear once you open the app
for the first time, but it doesn't. It doesn't matter how many times I open
that app, or from where (Konsole, Application Launcher or desktop icon), it
doesn't go away. It's been 2 days since I installed some apps and they still
have the label even though I used them multiple times.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a new app.
2. Open the app.
3. "New!" Label still there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "New!" Label is there even after I click the app to open it.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "New!" Label should go away.
