Bug ID: 512042
Summary: KAlarm crashed as I moved pointer to acknowledge an
alarm
Classification: Applications
Product: kalarm
Version First unspecified
Reported In:
Platform: Ubuntu
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Keywords: drkonqi
Severity: crash
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
Application: kalarm (3.6.4 (KDE Gear 23.08.5))
Qt Version: 5.15.13
Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Operating System: Linux 6.17.4-76061704-generic x86_64
Windowing System: X11
Distribution: Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS
DrKonqi: 5.27.11 [KCrashBackend]
-- Information about the crash:
It could be some artifact of Pop! OS 20.24 Beta / Cosmic. I had just logged in
and Kalarm popped up an alarm that SHOULD have gone off hours ago but because
Cosmic does not seem to truly understand "run in the background", Kalarm exits
if I close all windows. As I moved the mouse over the late alarm to click
"Acknowledge", it crashed.
The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
