Error -109 and the long timeout may indicate a lock problem with the requested
aqbanking user. 

It may help to search for .lck files under %APPDATA%\aqbanking\ (usually
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\aqbanking\ without special settings) and delete
them.
