Windows Notification Configuration for KDE Connect
When receiving notifications through KDE Connect via notification syncing, on
Windows 10 and 11, the notifications appear as intended.
However, once the notification has timed out, it disappears but there is no
history of the notification in the Notification Center.
Windows settings has "show notifications in notification center" enabled per
attached screenshot
Please fix KDE Connect so that notifications persist in the Windows
Notification Center, otherwise users will miss the notification if they are not
watching the screen constantly.
