The first time we add, we are able to check the events (at least I was, but
because I already had a Zoho calendar added as iCal), we can even write events
on KOrganizer and we'll see the event being added on Zoho Calendar (this always
work), but as soon as you try to update the calendar, or if you reboot your PC,
you'll see that you can't see any event added from Zoho Calendar on KOrganizer.
Try to edit your events on Zoho Calendar and try to update your Zoho CalDAV
calendar and you'll see that it won't work.
