Menu from dragging a link

SUMMARY
When dragging a link (to a file or folder) to a folder, a menu appear but it's
not clear what those options would do with the link because they are written
for dragging non-link files/folder. Either the file/folder pointed at could be
treated or the link itself could be treated. This menu could be useful because
dragging a link instead of the original file could be used to save time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a link to a file or folder (you can drag it somewhere and click "Link
Here").
2. Now, drag the created link to somewhere
3. Watch what options are presented

OBSERVED RESULT
We see exactly the same options that if it was not a link.
We get :
- "Move Here", which we don't know if it is "Move the original file to Here" or
"Move the link to Here". It is moving the link. Same issue with "Move Into New
Folder".
- "Copy Here", which could be "Make a copy of the original file" or "Make the
same link Here". It is making a copy of the link, thus just a link.
- "Link Here", which could be "Make the same link here" or the quite strange
idea "Create a link to the link to the file" (which create a double
dependency). And the current behaviour is this last and strange one.

EXPECTED RESULT
Links can be treated in more ways. Thus we should have more descriptive
options, and more of them.
I propose that we have :
- "Copy the original content Here"
- "Move the original content Here" which would move the original file/folder
AND update this link used to accessing it (cool gain of time). Sadly, KDE does
not track the list of links pointing to a file. Thus if they are more of them,
only the one we are using can be fixed (I don't want a full OS scan to find
them). One fixed link is better than none, and there will be often only one.
- "Move the link to Here"
- "Make the same link Here"
- and maybe that we could have "Make a link to the link to the content" (it is
already implemented) but I don't see the point of it and thus I am more against
it.
