SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have identical dual monitors
2.  Go to System settings - > Display Configuration
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Clicking on the right monitor, highlights the left, and the settings changed
effects the left monitor (for example, clicking the left monitor and then
Calibrate HDR Brightness brings up the hdr settings on the right monitor, and
vice/versa)


EXPECTED RESULT
Click on and changine the settings of a monitor should effect that monitor, not
the other.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
https://imgur.com/a/QIxRHpm    in this screenshot the hdr calibration is open
on the unselected monitor.  please feel free to move this to the correct bug
location if i havent picked correctly, i am still learning.
