SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Accounts, right click on selected account, delete.
2. After several are deleted, highlighted account will NOT delete, unless...
3. Account above (not deleted) is clicked on, then the one below is clicked on,
now allows delete
