SUMMARY
Inability to deactivate the need CA certification thus being unable to login to
enterprise networks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. go to Wi-Fi & Networking
3. try to connect to network without CA certification

OBSERVED RESULT
Inability to connect

EXPECTED RESULT
Connection

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:  Not possible through both the system setting UI or the
widget 
nm-applet: Using the network manager applet allows a toggle for no CA
certificate needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is classified as a bug and not a wishlist as this makes it impossible to
use many internets, as many people do not control the networks they use fx me
and the rest of my college:)
