Pretty much the title. New windows whose position isn't remembered open in the
top left corner instead of, say, in the centre.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an app like Dolphin or Konsole
2. Open a new window

Window appears in the top left corner

Window appears in the centre
