Autohide Panel is not hiding, when the mouse moves away only for a short
time/distance
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set panel to autohide
2. Move mouse on panel
3. Move mouse away from panel for a short distance
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel stays visible
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel autohides
