SUMMARY
[5.3, Android] The placement of the floating Selection Actions Bar can't be
changed via touch
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a selection to show the floating Selection Actions Bar
2. Using your finger, drag the right-most icon to attempt to move the action
bar
OBSERVED RESULT
The bar does not move.
EXPECTED RESULT
The bar should move.
You will also notice that the correct behavior happens when dragging with a
mouse. The problem happens when dragging with a finger on the screen.
