SUMMARY
If one doesn't have that much experience with network administration, it would
be helpful if all inputs in the KCM had a tooltip.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. View connection in KCM
2. Wonder what the purpose of some settings is
OBSERVED RESULT
Some inputs do not have a tooltip:
* General:
* Automatically connect to VPN
* Firewall zone
* Wi-Fi:
* SSID
* Mode
* Restrict to device
* Cloned MAC address
* MTU
* IPv4
* Method tooltip could be clearer and dropdown could mention DHCP
* IPv6:
* Same as IPv4
EXPECTED RESULT
All inputs have a tooltip with a short explanation
