Video example of dragging a widow and seeing thin graphical artifacts

SUMMARY
I experience graphical artifacting when dragging certain windows around,
sometimes when scrolling/typing in Konsole, and in the settings menu of Private
Internet Access client. The symptom is always 1-pixel wide horizontal/vertical
lines. I don't think it's a GPU/driver problem, because I completely replaced
my Nvidia GPU with an AMD GPU, and the problem is still present. I believe this
is a kwin_wayland specific problem, because switching to Xfce (either Wayland
or X11) completely fixes the problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
It's not clear how to reproduce this in a consistent way, or if other people
can even reproduce it at all. The video attached shows it happening in real
time. If someone else had this problem, they would notice it frequently.

OBSERVED RESULT
Graphical artifacting in form of thin horizontal/vertical lines of pixels.
Example screenshot + video are attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
No graphical artifacting
