SUMMARY
when a crash happens during suspend/resume we may not have internet connection
and fail network requests left and right. handle this somehow

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. suspend
2. have plasmashell crash
2. resume
OBSERVED RESULT
drkonqi will be in a partially defunct state as per journalctl
EXPECTED RESULT
should report no network and detect when it is availabe
