I checked the WebRTC [ScreencastPortal] and it doesn't seem to support the `VIRTUAL` source type. If you happen to have a Chromium checkout and you know how to build stuff in Chromium, then I can give you some minimal reproducible code, or you could give you a binary, if you are comfortable with that.
