SUMMARY
Since Plasma 6.5, I have noticed that when I drag icons in the icons and text
task manager, it is very laggy, and fails sometimes. It's as though it's only
updating every 500ms or so. I have confirmed this with a new user account.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open several apps
2. Click and drag one of them to move it. Move fast for better reproduction
OBSERVED RESULT
Icon lags behind the mouse cursor. When stopping the cursor, sometimes the icon
is left behind. Moving the cursor again by 1 px will cause the icon to 'catch
up'.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon stays below the cursor
