            Bug ID: 512696
Summary: Krunner [and Application Launcher search] show not
hidden files in ".hidden" and "lost and found" folders
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: krunner
      Version First master

                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
While searching using Krunner or the search bar in the Application launcher, it
show results of applications from the specials folders (which can be shown in
MenuEditor) ".hidden" and "lost and found", but only if they are not hidden.

1. This is firstly not congruent with the menu that is shown in the Application
launcher that can be added as a mouse action on the desktop/wallpaper.

2. Secondly this is kinda annoying because when trying to delete a desktop file
entry from the MenuEditor, it is simply moved to the .hidden folder and if such
file is not before hidden, it will still show in the krunner search.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open menueditor
2. enable hidden file in edit -> configure -> show hidden entry
2. Delete a desktop file (not hidden) using it
3. save
4. close and reopen desktop file
5. the file should now be in the .hidden folder
6. search for it in krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is still findable.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should not be findable (maybe make it hidden).
