SUMMARY
Sometimes the weather icon in the panel is showing a Circle with a ?, sometimes
with a spinner
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. At time error was observed, I click on the weather widget and the Weather
was Light Snowshower and Drifting Snow, I'm unsure what other weather types
would show this
