SUMMARY
The trash can shortcut on desktop will occasionally use the user-trash-full
icon instead of user-trash when it is empty.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send something to the trash
2. Empty trash
3. Check desktop icon
OBSERVED RESULT
Trash icon is not changed
EXPECTED RESULT
Trash icon should change to the one for an empty Trash
