SUMMARY
I can scroll message history with my mouse wheel, but I can't grab the
scrollbar that appears on the right with my mouse pointer, which is very
inconvenient, since it's a much faster way to go through message history.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scroll to make the scrollbar appear
2. Try to grab the scrollbar with mouse and drag it
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrollbar is not intractable
EXPECTED RESULT
The scrollbar should be interactable like the one in «Room Info» side panel.
