            Bug ID: 512770
Summary: some accounts doubled in "amount" vs "today amount"
    Classification: Applications
           Product: skrooge
      Version First 25.10.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 25.1.0

SUMMARY

I did not have this problem before recently (been using Skrooge for many many
years).

Most of my accounts look normal. But two “Investment” accounts, both with no
initial balance, show a “Today amount” or “Today balance” (former is column
header, latter is in summary line) that is exactly half of what is shown as
“Amount” or “Balance”.There’s no explanation, no future transactions, no reason
it should be doubled specificially or affect just those two accounts. I have
other accounts including investment ones that are not showing this issue.

I don't know how to duplicate this. The expected result is that "Today amount"
and "Amount" should only differ if there are future-dated entries (which I have
none). There's certainly no reason the Amount should be doubled.

I'm using KDE Neon user edition, up to date.
