The Line Tool and Shape Edit Tool have modifier key shortcuts while using Shift
+ Mouse Click/Drag. However, the touch equivalent (Shift + Touch Tap/Drag)
don't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When using the Shape Edit Tool on a vector shape, hold Shift and attempt to
touch (finger on screen) an unselected node to add it to the selection.
2. When using the Line Tool, hold Shift after starting a touch drag (but before
releasing) to attempt to constrain the angle to multiples of 15ยบ.
OBSERVED RESULT
These shortcuts don't work with touch.
EXPECTED RESULT
They should work just like when using a mouse.
