The new tooltip of the task manager has a huge issue on breeze dark:
the "frosting glass" overlay used for the media control seems to be made for a
light theme with dark text and icons, because on dark themes with white text it
renders the controls and text completely unreadable.
See attached screenshot.
Proposed solution: use a dark overlay on dark themes with bright text/icons,
use the current one for light themes with dark text / icons.
