UI missing GUAs

SUMMARY
When "Enable RDP server" toggle is ON, Plasma shows a dialogue with available
addresses that remote hosts can connect to. The list is missing my Global
Unicast Addresses - the ones that you get from your ISP prefix. These are
routable on the Internet and can be used to connect to the host if firewalls
allow it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have IPv6 connectivity, have at least one address other than your GUA
2. Enable RDP server
3. See if GUA

OBSERVED RESULT

What I currently see is:
1. IPv4 private address
2. IPv6 temporary ULA address from Router Advertisement on my network
3. IPv6 stable ULA address from RA on my network
4. IPv6 stable ULA address from Tailscale

EXPECTED RESULT

What I can't see is:
1. IPv6 temporary GUA address
2. IPv6 stable GUA address

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.9.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I see a slightly different behaviour with Plasma's NetworkManager applet. E.g.
sometimes I see 1 ULA address, sometimes 1 GUA address, but not all together.
